Bill did a great job refinishing the original floors in our house, as well as staining new wood to work with the old. He was a pleasure to work with, extremely patient with us throughout the process, and achieved our desired look beautifully. We would definitely work with Bill again in the future.

Excellent work. Bill and his crew went above and beyond. We had a time deadline that they met with no problem. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. They put an engineered hardwood floor in our basement (glued it down.) It is flat, solid, and looks great. We're going to enjoy this floor for many years to come!! Highly recommended!!

We had our floors refinished by Bill. I was not happy with the communication throughout the process. Bill crew showed up, without Bill. I was not aware that he would not be onsite for the process. Overall, it was just an okay experience. I was not happy with putting everything back together after the process. the took the doors off our closets and did not reinstall correctly.

my initial meeting is very informative, we describe out process step by step. I then explain the experience the customer will encounter while there floors are being sanded and refinished. I make sure I am available throughout the entire job to answer any questions or concerns.
