Tim gave me an extremely reasonable price to fix the front steps and railing on my front porch. The project did not get started for longer than expected (due to weather) but Tim kept me updated on his plans for when he would complete it. He did great work and completed the project within a day. Would definitely hire again.

My major project involved sanding and sealing a mahogany floor on a screened-in porch. I needed a professional with experience working with this beautiful & expensive wood. Ruff N Tuff did a great job and the floor looks gorgeous! Tim communicated with me via text so that I was fully informed about any delays due to traffic etc. concerning his specific arrival times. This is highly unusual in my experience and is very appreciated. Tim also washed another small deck to prepare it for sealing and replaced a board on another deck which was rotted. He has vast experience and is willing to assist with other needed projects. I am very satisfied with the professionalism, experience, reliability, and quality of the work performed and I would make a very strong positive recommendation.
