- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very honest when it comes to pricing and my business. I will never be the cheapest guy as I am in business to make money. I will always do my best to be competitive but I will bot lose money to just take a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers is to get to know them and give them the service they expect. Being in a service based business and working with people is what I thrive on. you can't always please everybody though and I do realize that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked at Crossgates Mall and on the mall itself back in 1990's. Learned from the old timers and then took a hiatus for a while and got back into about 5 years ago. More on the job training and real experience than anything else.
