If you are in need of having an honest, dependable, punctual, and reasonably priced propertymanager, I would highly recommend John Janke of Advanced PropertyManagement. He is a very experienced professional who goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are able to achieve their goals regarding the properties he manages for them. I have been a customer for almost a year (as of 5/2018) and can't imagine what would I have done if my family did not have John's help through the process of preparing our home, advertising it, finding the right tenants, and leasing our property. He listens, understands the needs of his customers, and is right there to help when needed. In addition to being knowledgeable about construction, maintenance, repair, and being an experienced firefighter, John is never afraid to do much hard work himself, and where help is needed, he always knows who to call. He is always a pleasure to have around, and I hope he would continue to be our propertymanager for many years to come.

We needed our yard cleaned up after putting a new roof on our garage. John hauled away two truck like ads of debris for us and he not only hauled it away he cleaned it up and raked the areas for us. His work was excellent and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a knack for fixing things and keeping things organized. I also have always enjoyed working with people. So when you combine the two, this is a great fit for me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of cleaning jobs and repairs / maintenance. We pride ourselves on having the ability to help in almost every aspect of your property.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone that you can trust and that will pick up their phone when you need them most. I always tell people that difference with us is that when you need us there we will be there and we wont' leave until you're 100% satisfied.
