Great trainer that comes highly recommended! I belonged to a gym prior to working with Paul, and I much prefer the one-on-one instruction of a personal trainer. Instead of working on a specific muscle group per day, Paul programs full-body workouts that are fast with high intensity. When I first started working with him, he modified each work out for me since I was a beginner. Now, I am doing much more difficult workouts, and i've seen some awesome results; not only have I lost excess fat, but i'm becoming much, much stronger. I also like that we record each of my workouts, results, weights, and time, with the option to monitor my nutrition intake, and receive diet advice that aligns with my fitness goals. I definitely recommend giving him a call!

Paul takes a personal approach in writing/coaching his workout programs. He takes any limitations you may have(injuries) and he works around them. He has a great knowledge of workouts that keep you from doing that same thing day in/day out, while still targeting the same muscles and getting results. I highly recommend Paul as a trainer.
