Gentle giant! Gerald was courteous and pleasant. Nothing was too big or too small for them to handle. Gerald and his helper, Hector, took about two hours to remove 40-plus years of debris from our basement and garage. The Silver Back Horizon team did a phenomenal job removing large, heavy furniture and junk that was damaged in a flood. They were efficient, professional, and had top notch communication. I grossly underestimated the amount of stuff that needed to be removed and they walked me through the process and gave me spot on cubic square feet estimates and pricing.
