Roosevelt was extremely professional and responsive and completed my repair at a very reasonable price. He was early for my appointment and not wanting to disturb me, actually waited in his car until the scheduled appointment time. His work quality was excellent and he took the time to go above and beyond and provide additional services at no charge in order to ensure that my appliance would work more efficiently. I would hire him again without a doubt, he has officially become my appliance repair man moving forward.
