I had KBJ provide a quote on fixing my terrace deck, which was both unstable and cratering toward the middle. As they began work, it became clear that it was going to require taking up the entire deck, measuring and laying a new level support grid and then reinstalling the deck. We negotiated a compromise on price as it was obvious this was a larger job then initially thought. Overall, the experience was great, the work quality was excellent and the finished job resulted in a level and stable deck that looks as good as it did before, but without the crater and instability. I recommend them based on the quality of the work as well as how they handled the additional work required versus their initial quote.
