We are all artists in our own right - as we are all co-creators in the masterpiece that is our very own life. As an artist its vital for me to have an intimate relationship with my innermost physical, emotional & spiritual bodies - yoga became my primary tool in doing that from the moment I was introduced to the practice. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone's journey is different - we all have our own body, story, vision. Mutual trust is essential during our time together. I initiate this trust by holding space for exploration of your specific needs and how my expertise can help facilitate the meeting of those needs. What does that look like? Before our first meeting we have a FREE consultation call so we can get to know one another and assess the fit. From there we can discuss applicable offerings, scheduling and we get the party started!
