FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I focus on quality workmanship and long-term solutions rather than rushed temporary fixes. My pricing reflects the time, experience, proper materials, and attention to detail needed to complete the work correctly and safely the first time. Every project is different, so pricing can vary depending on the difficulty of the repair, accessibility, materials required, code requirements, and the amount of diagnostic work involved. I always try to be upfront and transparent about costs before major work begins, and I will explain available options whenever possible. I aim to keep pricing fair and affordable while still maintaining a high standard of work. If someone is simply looking for the absolute cheapest and fastest option available, I may not be the best fit. My priority is providing reliable repairs and installations that help customers avoid repeat issues and additional expenses down the line.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with discussing the customer’s concerns in detail and gathering as much information as possible about the issue or project. I may ask questions about when the problem started, whether there have been previous repairs, and if there are any recurring issues or specific goals the customer has in mind. Once I arrive on site, I perform a thorough inspection and diagnostic process to identify the root cause of the problem rather than just addressing surface symptoms. After evaluating the situation, I explain the issue clearly, discuss possible repair or installation options, and provide realistic recommendations based on the customer’s needs, budget, and long-term goals. Before major work begins, I go over pricing, expected timelines, materials, and any potential complications so there are no surprises. During the job, I focus on maintaining clean, organized, and professional work areas while keeping communication open throughout the process. My goal is always to provide reliable, long-lasting work with honest communication and a personalized experience from start to finish.
