I recently worked with the Pro Team for a dishwasher repair. After an initial diagnosis of a control board issue, the technician discovered additional complications including a leak that would require more parts. After evaluating the repair costs for my $500 dishwasher, I decided to purchase a new unit instead.
I appreciate that the Pro Team was responsive when I requested a partial refund for the initial service, and they provided $160 back for the installation work. While the process had some challenges, the company did stand behind their work by offering this refund.

I called theirs help for to fix my dishwasher. I texted them within few minutes they texted me back enquiried problem about my dishwasher and told me to send the Pic of current areas. I took pics and send it to them they found out the issues with the Pic and placed the order for parts. I hope that technician name sienna he texted me to come and fix it. he completed his work quickly and silently. he does that great job. He's so professional at his work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the affordable cost of the diagnostics which is only $49 for almost all appliances except for the AC units which is $150. The diagnostics fee will be included in the cost of the labor.
We provide the advantageous warranty conditions - 6 months for the part.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The whole process is - we schedule an appointment, come for the diagnostics, determine the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians receive the knowledges of our best European specialists. Also our technicians can receive the technicial support when they are on site.
