First let me begin by saying I would highly recommend this company to repair anyone's stove. They were excellent in all fields. The gentleman who repaired stove was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable of stoves; he answered all my concerns. He was able to take stove completely apart, fix problem and put it all back together again. When he completed job he cleaned up the entire area as though no repair was made. Very professional! This representative is definitely an asset to the company. Need your stove repaired? Definitely call this company...I think you will be more than satisfied...I was! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the affordable cost of the diagnostics which is only $70 for almost all appliances except for the AC units which is $110. The diagnostics fee will be included in the cost of the labor. We provide the advantageous warranty conditions - 6 months for the part.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The whole process is - we schedule an appointment, come for the diagnostics, determine the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians receive the knowledges of our best European specialists. Also our technicians can receive the technicial support when they are on site.
