Since I have started working in window treatments business in early 90's I have gained a lot of experience which gives me lots of confidence in my work. I am a very detailed person when it comes to a window treatments even if it’s just a measure ,installation or advice that customer needs. When we had 4 windows replaced, Robert was called on to remove the old blinds and treatments before the new windows were installed, and then replace one of the old (wood) blinds and to install 3 new faux wood blinds after the windows were installed. Robert was very helpful, knowledgeable, affordable, and came across as just a nice person. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done right. I would highly recommend.

I enjoyed working with Robert. He was able to answer all my questions and made himself available to me. He educated me on a couple of fine points which I appreciated. He was professional and did a wonderful job putting up my blinds (over 20 windows) in my home in one day. I was in a time crunch and he helped me to complete the work in my home.
