Introduction: I've been working in the Pest Control industry for 10 years now. I started off working for a few companies until I was able to start my own business. I'm very thorough and clean. Mike Bak was exceptional at eliminating our roach problem. He was knowledgeable and carefully explained the process beforehand. His professionalism was shown in his thorough approach, as he carefully inspected and treated each cabinet and area of our kitchen and bathroom. He took special care while moving our appliances. He also wiped off the counters after treatment, to ensure our pets safety. Mike was punctual as well as responsive via phone and text. It is evident in every aspect of interacting with Mike that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping others with their pest control problems.

Mike from Bak Off Pest Control is a lifesaver and pest killer! He was able to come checkout my apartment same day after I heard some rodent activity. Long story short no more anxiety or worry of any mouse thanks to Bak Off Pest Control. Long story: Mike was quick at replying to my request and was even able to show up same day. He came ready to take on the job with his own tools and cleaning supplies as well. He even took the trash with him. He was knowledgeable about pests and gave me some tips. He did a thorough assessment of the apartment checking every nook and cranny and even climbed up in behind the stove to find the culprit!! It was a big hole in the wall behind the stove. He sealed them up quick and set up traps. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, LGBTQ+ friendly, and made the whole process great. I actually called up Bak Off Pest Control because my best friend recommended them after they had a similar incident and I’m happy with the results.

We called Mike because we had a mouse problem. He arrived on schedule and began to work right away. As he searched for problem areas he cleared out cabinet contents, pulled out the dishwasher, refrigerator and the stove. He did a very thorough job to find entry points. He went throughout the house filling holes and setting out baits and traps. We have not seen any signs of mouse activity for the last two weeks. We highly recommend Mike from Bak Off Pest Control.

Prices may vary depending on what kind of pest it is, the size of the home to be treated, and the depth of the infestation. Most pests need to be treated two or three times before they are eradicated. These are estimates. Call or text for more details. Inspections: $60
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New or existing customers all get treated the same way. I spend as much time needed in the home to find the source of the problem to eliminate it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took classes to get my pesticide license and learned how to eliminate pests properly. I've worked for a few companies before starting my own business.
