I am so happy with the work that was done on my floors. Mike and his team did an excellent, clean job and were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the team was punctual, communicated well, and paid great attention to detail. The finished product exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking for top-quality floor work!

Just had work completed. Was extremely impressed with the quality of the workmanship. The workers cleaned up and left the site clean. They are very responsive and even when difficult (structural issues), they strive to do the best job possible to please the customer. I highly recommend!

Mike and his team did an amazing job replacing the floors in my apartment. In only 2 full days - I picked out the floor with them, they replaced all the hardwood floors in the apartment, they put the furniture back in place, and they cleaned up. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend them.

Melani Contracting is the only team I will use in my home. Mike and his team are very professional, reliable, trustworthy and their work is superb. They repaired my kitchen wall after it was dismantled due to gas line issues; restored my bedroom ceiling and walls after much repeated water damage and repaired my radiators with new parts to control the heat that has been uncontrollable for the past few years. When you call Mike, he responds right away. When he says he will be there, he will be there. Mike and his team are very respectful and they make you feel comfortable and safe when they are working in your home. They are the best! Thank you Mike and your team.
