- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge mostly per hour, which is $75/hour, but for some projects,which I consider as more difficult or a long terms (plumbing, moving, heavy lifting, construction…)and complicated prices vary. Usually I charge at least for two hours. For price people can get professional service and be sure that their project will be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting through app or by phone, getting information about upcoming job and making appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineering education and experience in different areas which gives skills and knowledge in solving problems with multiple constituents.
