My pricing is transparent and fair, based on the scope, materials, and time required for each project. I provide upfront estimates with no hidden fees, so you know exactly what to expect before work begins. Discounts may be available for repeat customers or larger projects. Any additional work is discussed and approved in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s needs, timeline, and budget to fully understand the project. I then provide a clear, upfront estimate and explain the scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the job at a convenient time. I arrive on time, protect the work area, and complete the job efficiently and to a high standard. After completion, I review the work with the customer to ensure satisfaction and address any final questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and real-world experience in residential construction, handyman services, and home renovations. My background includes on-the-job training in repairs, installations, and general construction, along with ongoing learning to stay current with best practices, tools, and materials. This practical experience allows me to deliver safe, high-quality, and reliable results on every project.
