Our pricing is transparent, fair, and built around the size and condition of your home. There are no hidden fees — everything is explained before we start. What to know about our pricing: Standard Cleaning: starts from $55/hr Deep Cleaning: starts from $75/hr Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: starts from $75/hr Minimum booking: 3 hours Supplies & equipment: included Service available for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly . Extra services: inside oven, fridge, cabinets, windows, laundry, etc. are priced separately and always discussed in advance. No surprise charges: we confirm the final estimate before the job begins. Fair pricing: homes requiring extra time due to excessive clutter or heavy buildup may require additional labor in that case we always communicated upfront. We believe in honest pricing, excellent service, and building long-term trust with our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our onboarding process is simple, transparent, and designed to give each customer a smooth, stress-free experience: 1.Quick Consultation We ask for basic details about your home (size, number of rooms, condition) to determine the correct service level: Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Move-Out. 2.Accurate Estimate We provide a clear price estimate based on your home size and cleaning needs. No hidden fees — everything is explained upfront. 3.Scheduling We book a day/time that works for you. Same-day and next-day appointments may be available depending on availability. 4.Arrival & Walkthrough Our cleaning technician arrives on time, introduces themselves, and does a quick walkthrough to confirm priorities and special requests. 5.Professional Cleaning We follow our detailed checklist (General areas + Kitchen + Bathroom + Bedrooms + Add-ons). Color-coded cloths and safe products are used for hygiene and quality. 6.Final Review Secure Payment & Follow-Up Payment is processed through Zelle/ACH/Invoice. We send a follow-up message to ensure you're satisfied . Our goal is to make your first cleaning — and every cleaning after that — easy, reliable, and 100% stress-free.
