- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are typically fair when it comes to our prices, and we offer a 10% discount to reoccurring clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new customer, we ask them to give us a walk-through upon arrival and ask them “what areas need the most attention?” We also require the Client does a walk-through when we finish especially with new clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Typically, you wouldn’t need any education to be a housecleaner, but I did go to school for business and finance at UNLV. I have been cleaning since 2015 and started my own business.
