- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and transparent. Since I’m new to this platform, I’m currently offering very competitive rates to build a strong reputation here. There are no hidden fees — I always discuss the full scope and cost with the customer before starting the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to the customer's needs and ask a few questions to fully understand the project. I provide an honest estimate and, if needed, offer advice on materials or technical solutions. Once we agree on the plan, I schedule the job promptly and always arrive on time, fully prepared with all necessary tools.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in home improvement, drywall, painting, and general handyman services. My skills have been developed through working on hundreds of real-life projects in both residential and commercial settings. I originally came to the U.S. from Russia, where I earned a degree in engineering and worked as an engineer for over 20 years. I now apply that technical background to my handyman and construction work — from designing kitchens and building decks to installing electrical outlets, light fixtures, and household appliances. I’m also able to provide useful advice on appliance use and help with basic diagnostics or repairs, though I now specialize primarily in construction and general handyman services.
