- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In property & project management pricing will vary depending upon the type of property and how much involvement you want me to have in it. Ie; do you want me to have 100% oversight or 50% oversight of your property? The project can involve getting a sink faucet replaced or replacing a water main.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like with any relationship you must build trust. I will prove my value from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was educated in property maintenance and management from my 20 years in public service, 20 years in the private sector and my own real estate investments. I have obtained many certificates of training in just about all categories pertaining to buildings and houses.
