Bobby is amazing! As a first-time homeowner and someone who's always lived in apartments until now, I didn't have any experience with roofs and I was terrified when I heard the word "leak." Bobby explained everything with kindness and empathy, showed me photos and walked me through how he was going to fix everything. His team was neat, respectful, conscientious and very punctual. I needed a hole fixed on my roof created by birds. The first time I posted about it, Bob did respond promptly but due to a personal emergency I couldn't follow up A couple of weeks later, when I was able to concentrate back on fixing the roof, I reached out to Bob to see if he still was able to check this out for me. He called me promptly, and less than a week later my roof is fixed Highly recommend. A+++++
