- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is always a discount available for our customer, we understand the impact the economy is going through so we will always work out a price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually speak on the phone discussing their situation, we come out there and inspect the roof, we get some numbers together and send over a proposal of the work we will do!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned everything from my grandfather and also did a lot of studying myself.
