- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Sears we utilize the simplest method of pricing. We offer only one method of cleaning and adjust it to meet your particulor requirements. For installed carpet it is priced by the room, for upholstery it is priced by the piece. There are no differences in price for fabric type, soil level, preexisting stains,color,finish,floor level( unless portable equipment is needed) location,room size ( up to 275 sq ft) We offer multi room and larger order discounts-please call for details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Sears we insist on quarterly training updates with all out technicians. Our corporate research and devlopment team are always testing new products and methods to stay abreast of the latest cleaning innovations.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We perform residential and commercial Carpet, Upholstery,Tile, Air duct and Dryer vent cleaning. We specialize in difficult to clean oriental rugs and fine upholstery including leather. We are indoor air quality Air duct specialists.
