Supreme Valet and team insured a seamless experience for me and my guests attending one of my wedding events. The airbnb was a complex set up but they made sure over 40 cars were parked safely and efficiently. My guests felt comfortable dealing with Supreme Valet and team.

The highlight of my event (which unfortunately got rained out) was hands down the valet team. EVERYONE had great things to say about them! They were incredibly professional, organized, and set the tone from start to finish. I really appreciated that they surveyed the property beforehand and came fully prepared, which made everything seamless on the day of. Despite the rain and last-minute wrinkles, they handled everything with such ease and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again for future events!

Warm, welcoming, and professional. Supreme is just that, SUPREME! They made my guests feel special and cared for. My guests were surprised when they got a "Happy New Year" and "Enjoy your Celebration" Supreme was in touch with all that was going on in my home and made it seamless for my guests. It was a very cold day and I was so happy I had SUPREME to save steps for my guests from ages 20 - 90! A perfect and needed enhancement to an amazing Celebration! Use Supreme if you are looking for Supreme and Superior Service!

We recently hosted a party at our home, and Micheal and his partner from the moment guests began arriving, were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient.
They handled every car with care and made sure the flow of traffic was smooth throughout the evening, which really helped set the tone for a stress-free event. Several guests even commented on how pleasant and respectful they were which says a lot.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All events are different. We customize our pricing to what our client is looking for and go from there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very seamless. Typically a new customer will call our office to go over specific details. From there we send over an official quote and once accepted you are ready to go.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company goes through a 5 weeks valet parking Pro training program offered to each valet that is hired. For the first 5 weeks of being hired each attendant is required to study and pass an exam offered at the end of the 5 weeks. Includes but not limited to appearance, driving habits, punctuality, and safety protocols.
