Manny was an excellent computer expert and an exceptional teacher. He was able to quickly and efficiently repair what I was unable to utilize on my computer as well as my printer. The additional perk of working with Manny was that he would explain what the issues were without talking down to me nor over my head.....he helped me know more about the issues I am dealing with in transitioning from Apple to Samsung.

When I had problems with my Macbook Pro keyboard Manny responded almost immediately to my request for help. He kindly took my computer in on a sunday (which is rare for any repair shop) and had it returned to me in a few short days. He gave me plenty of feed back over the course of the repair and let me know exactly what he was doing. I can't express how happy I am to be typing this out on my keyboard, and that he fixed my laptops hinges at no extra cost. He'll definitely be getting my return business if anything else should happen.

Very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.
