Mr. Fassett was knowledgeable, explained everything we asked, Reasonable fee and cleaned up after himself. Our dishwasher installation was not a simple straight-installation but mr. Fassett was able to everything it required. I hope to have him back to do more handyman jobs.

Mr. Fassett was perfect. When our Viking oven was broken in 2016, it took us nearly 6 months to find someone to fix it. Mr. Fassett found the problem, mail-ordered the part, and came back to fix the oven in less than one work-week (5 days). He did what he said he would do with punctuality and professionalism. I would hire him again in an instant!

I'd like to also be able to choose "value" and "punctuality" as Dan's professional attributes. Very kind. I have an older model but expensive gas stove that had lost the ability to properly light up (preheat) or heat to cook well in a timely manner. Dan understood the workings of this old oven, found correct new parts to replace the nonfunctioning items, saved me money by struggling with screws that had been stripped over time so that an entire expensive part into which the new parts had to be placed could still safely function. Feel very lucky that I stumbled on Thumbtack when I didn't know where to turn and that Dan was available to help.
