I had an exterior wall replaced that was severely water damaged to the point it was crumbling inside my house. I received a response right away and Dave came out to take a look on a weekend. I had a quote before but it was way out of budget. Dave came back $9000 cheaper than my original quote. They were able to start on a Monday and finished in a Thursday. Everything went smoothly and came out better than I expected. Definitely a great experience , I highly recommended!

David and Lucas did a fantastic job on our deck. From the power wash to the 2 color stains I wanted, it was completed quickly and professionally. They were here they said they. They were friendly and patient, especially with the hottest days of the summer. I would recommend them and I will to my friends.

Legacy foundations is the best contractor I have ever found. Dave Luckette is always there when he says he will be. He does great work, and he cleans up after each day. But the best part is that he sincerely wants to give you the outcome you had in mind. He helps by giving options and listening as you make your decisions on the details. Lastly, he communicates by telling you what he is going to do and when he is done. A great experience which I hope to repeat on my next project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every home remodel starts with an on-site consultation to determine your goals and vision for your new space. After reviewing your budget and timeline, we'll prepare a Design Agreement outlining the scope of your unique project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and bring that knowledge to every project we do.
