- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very standard with an hourly rate and includes Final Edited, High Resolution JPEG Images Via Zip file and/or Data Disc/USB, an Online Secured Viewing Gallery and Photo Gift Store via SmugMug, a Signed Copyright for All Images to Print At Store of Your Choosing and 10 Miles from All Occasion Photography Included. 2nd/3rd Photographer, Framed Portraits and Albums additional. Full pricing available on website and via contact.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For weddings, I start with a questionnaire to see what services and options you are interested in. Once we discuss all your options and you make your selections, I will send you a proposal. Once you approve that, I will send over our agreement and an invoice for your $500 Retainer that can easily be paid online via paypal or you can mail a check if you prefer. Both are required to book the date in my calendar exclusively for you! Same for portraits, just no questionnaire or separate proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Photography Certification that I received in 2011, and I have taken many Photography courses and workshops. I constantly am involved in community groups and workshops, learning more and always improving.
