Great service, did everything he promised and more. Worked hard cleaning 20 large pieces of paving equipment even though it was 5 below. Very pleasant and professional. I would defiantly use AJ and his services again.

We had AJ Martino come and take care of the removal of rats and then foamed in the entire space both in the cellar and 1st floor. I took pictures of what he did, because I had never seen anything like it before. He and his associate were fantastic! They came back many times to follow up and see if the problem had been taken care of. It was. Just fascinated with the process and professional work that was done!

Fire escape removal, brick and mortar exit outside doorway, insulate, dry wall and paint inside doorway. AJ and his crew are excellent workers and provide high quality work at a very competitive price. In the future I will definitely give ISC a shot at any work I have.

I hired the Insulation Specialists to remove bats from my attic in September 2015. It involved a much more complex process than I expected, but I'm glad I found someone to do it right. They had to remove the loose insulation on top of the fiberglass insulation because it held bat excrement and bat bugs. Then they sanitized the remaining fiberglass insulation and sealed up all the gaps around the house to prevent the bats from coming back in the future. Finally, they added ten inches of new loose cellulose insulation that brought my R-value up to 55 (from a previous 32). AJ Martino owns the company and he was very good to work with. He is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. His workers laid down plastic over my hallways and stairs in order to protect everything. They used a four inch vacuum hose to remove and later add the insulation. When they were done, they cleaned up everything to my satisfaction. It was a two day operation on two of the hottest days of the year. AJ brought his own air conditioned trailer to keep the workers cool. AJ tells me they do other things besides insulation, but that ended up being their name. He gave me a quote on another project involving laying and finishing sheetrock. His prices are reasonable in my opinion and I may use him for that project in the future.

We do on certain services, but we have many services that we provide and some project vary significantly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First would be meeting at our clients location, reviewing what the clients needs and expectations are. We will then provide a estimate , and when the client is ready to move forward with service we will take a deposit and then promptly schedule service . We accept all forms of payment to help make it convenient.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years construction & wildlife experience. lead certified energy star certified
