- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free consultation where we discuss the customer's goals, project scope, budget, and timeline. We then schedule a site visit to evaluate the project, take measurements, and answer any questions. Once the proposal is approved, we schedule the project and maintain clear communication throughout every phase of the job. Our team focuses on quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure everything meets or exceeds expectations and that they are completely satisfied with the finished result.
