Removing sink/toilet fixing floor & putting new flooring down, replacing toilet & sink along with putting new faucet in. Replacing new wall cabinet & medicine cabinet with new ones. Replacing toilet seat/handle, hooks on door, door handle & new hinges (fixing one too!) Caulking & touching up anything Chris observed. I am probably forgetting something but amazing quality of work along with attentive & meticulous to detail coming back to make sure work was completed to high perfection. Entire team was kind, professional, respectful to me, my home & fur-babies! Worked around my schedule @ needs. Recommended items that turned out to be perfect suggestions! My kitchen faucet literally broke in my hand. Of course it happened after normal business hours, like all misfortunes. And though I tried to contact several plumbers that evening, only Sean McCann responded via thumbtack, with a phone call too. Promptness is a virtue; thus I hired him for the job, and he appeared early the next morning to replace the age-worn faucet. He helped me pick just the right model, bought it and then installed it the same morning. It was all quick, painless, and efficient. The cost was also reasonable, which is the best icing on the cake. In the future I will employ him for other plumbing problems that arise. I recommend him to anyone who needs expertise and professional service, even on very short notice.

If I could add "Value" and "Punctuality", along with "Personable" and "Friendly" to the review I absolutely would. Roy was an exceptional contact to work with, or rather him work on the mess that was beneath my kitchen sink. What started as just needing to have a backyard spigot replaced ended up being a larger-than-expected project that, left unattended, could have turned into a dramatic nightmare later on. Roy brought these possibilities to light and then recommended how I move forward, highlighting my options. I decided to go ahead and follow his advised path and took care of the problem as far as it needed to go. I hired Full Circle the first time in October to relight a furnace in a rental property after someone else quoted me a ridiculous price just to check. Cornell (Chuck) showed me what was wrong and explained why the furnace needed to be replaced.He did an excellent job and his pricing was more than fair. Again this week (Jan 12) I had an issue with a frozen & now leaking pipe. I didn't realize Chuck could handle it. He responded on Thumbtack. He was at the house in LESS THAN 1 HR. Called me to say pipe was leaking in 4 places and he was going to buy parts. His next call was only 40 min later! to tell me he was finished. I already knew he was finished though as my tenant sent me a joyful LOOONG text saying THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU because Chuck was so nice and SO FAST. I called another rental property owner I know to tell her about him. Turns out - she already uses him. I give Chuck a 5 star rating and can vouch for plumbing and furnaces. Also he emails professional looking bills and estimates. At this point I am ready to try his crew with other carpentry repairs (like window replacement.)
