Our pricing is fair and transparent — no hidden fees or surprise charges. We provide upfront estimates before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect. We also offer reasonable rates and occasional discounts for repeat customers or multiple appliance repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by listening carefully to the issue and gathering details about the appliance and the problem. Next, we schedule a convenient appointment — often the same or next day. Once on-site, we diagnose the problem, explain what’s going on, and provide an upfront estimate before doing any work. After approval, we complete the repair efficiently, test everything to make sure it’s working properly, and clean up the workspace before leaving. We also offer tips for maintenance and are always available for follow-up questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have strong backgrounds in appliance repair, electrical work, and mechanical systems. They’ve received hands-on training and years of experience working with all major appliance brands, including Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, Maytag etc. We stay up to date with the latest repair methods and technology to make sure every job is done safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time.
