I will start with saying, I apologize for misgendering you, I didn't realize you were Elizabeth. Upon meeting you, you wore a surgical mask, Freddy Kreuger style of hat, a heavy coat, sweat pants and slip on shoes, in addition, you have a deeper voice than women generally do. You presented as a man, sounded like a man and never said, "Hello, my name is Elizabeth". When I messaged you upon arrival and said "I believe I am here," that was because I couldn't see a house number for you but I could see your neighbors house number and made the assumption I was correct. Furthermore, from your own mouth came the words, "wow, you're about done already, the video I watched said it took them 4 hours." Yet I was slow when I finished in just under 2 hours? I did not mumble at all, you need a hearing aid, my voice is hoarse today from yelling at you so you could hear me. So let's be quite honest, the moment I got there before I even set eyes on the basketball hoop, you asked for additional services that you never actually paid for, then when discussing how the basketball hoop should be weighed down, you wanted me to haul huge stones about 100 yards to put on the base for counterweight and I refused to cause damage to your property and told you that the base is filled with sand generally but water will be fine yet you still wanted me to use the rocks and possibly crush/break the base. YOU can go ahead and do that if you like, I am not going to be liable for your mistakes though. Also, I love that you decided to pass judgement on my appearance, I did have socks on though, they're men's low cut ankle socks. All in all, I did respect you, I showed up on time, I finished quicker than expected, I did it to factory spec without causing unnecessary damage by stacking stones on it. I should have a section to rate you, you were rude to ask for additional services without additional compensation, coming out every 5 minutes and interrupting someone's flow is rude as well, and asking someone to do things that could cause damage to your property and leave the liability on them is just dangerous. You get a 1 star and wouldn't work with you again.
