Shiny shack was very responsive and communicative with the scope of their work. They were fair priced for a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. They walked the home with me before and after and were very polite. I have a severe allergy to dust so they were sure to wipe down all surfaces and sweep. The only thing was not done was we have carpets in our bedrooms, hallways, entryways, living and dining room etc, they only vacuumed the stairs with a very small utility vacuum and not any of the other carpets throughout the house, so the dust on carpets remained.
