Wasan has her work cut out for her at my house! She is always prompt and professional. I’ve actually only met with her once and I trust her completely to be in my home with no one there. I always do a walkthrough of the place before I give an estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do a walkthrough before I commit. My questions are: how big are rooms? Use a scale from 0-10 how much cleaning does the house need? any health issues I need to be aware of? any cleaning products that I need to avoid?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning to me is a hobby. I’ve been cleaning houses for as long as I could remember & I could provide a list of references. I’m currently enrolled in an online cleaning school to be certified.
