- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact I like to set up a tine to meet in person and go over their project with them. No matter how busy we are we will make your estimate top priority because your time is as valuable as ours. We will go over your project together thoroughly, addressing all concerns and walk you through the renovation process involved. Either a written or digital estimate/contract can be presented to you. Upon accepting our skilled aervices we will go over scheduling and set a date to start your project. We will keep you informed of progress daily and leave the jobsite each day in a clean and tidy condition. We are flexible and will work with you in a respectful and professional manner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a third generation family of skilled trades and contracting services. We grew up around power tools and during oyr teenage years we worked for the family comoant as apprentices. Learning the value of hardwork, pride in craftsmanship, and and learning from experience.
