- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*PRICING* _______________________________________________________ *if the project is small we would price based off gallons of paint needed for the project *if project is big we price based off of square footage *if project requires licences, we price based off of a small or large job with the chance of an amplification of what ever else may be needed for the project (this includes hours of work) *DISCOUNTS* _______________________________________________________ * distance dicount - based on millage required we offer up to 10% discount on Labor becasue we belive time is money and there for you made waking up in the morning just a bit easier for us so we always complement our customer who are within a certain distance a discount. * military discount - some of our workers are prior military, our supervision is a Marine and currently serving for the Army so we offer all of our sisters and brothers who put there life on the line and or who wore that uniform an aditional 5% discount on ther OVERALL price. *empty house discount - based on the condition of the empty house you may qualift for a 5% disocunt on labor *Referral disocunt - refer a freind and with certain details needed they can qualify for a 5% discount *another project discount - after completing one project and calling us back for another project you qualify for a 5% discount -ALL DISOCUNTS STACK- *WORKING HOURS* _______________________________________________________ *weekday - 8 am - 4pm OR 1pm - 9pm *weekend - 24 hours *based on job special needs we may offer to do an roation shift. ROTATION SHIFT - one team with start and work for 8 hours and another team will releave the other and work for 8 hours allowing 16 hours of work minimun in a day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
same as if you were my neighbour, a formal greeting adressed by desired name (commonly first) and we will let your creativity (project) lead our convorsaiton and decisions from then.

*renovation , repair and painting certified (RRP) *Joint training with SYR painting union (local 31) *Army carpentry and masonry specialist 12W *Marine Leadership and Ethics ( highly detailed work )
