Louis came promptly on 9/10 and carefully and professionally evened the wild growth of the hedge by our driveway, making sure the dead and weak points were addressed. Per agreement, I paid him for this work when it was done. On September 26, he came promptly as agreed to remove branches from a huge mountain ash tree from on top of our garage branches that were dead, and branches that had overgrown on some of our garden, He was careful, making sure he addressed our needs, and cleaned up well after both jobs. I paid him the rest of what I owed him upon his completion of the mountain ash work, as we had agreed.

Unlike other lawn care companies that we tried to hire in the past. Louis was the exception, we were given a time and date when he would arrive, to which he arrived as stated. Value for the work that he did, was as agreed and well worth it. I normally do not tip, but his work was fast and very thorough. Before starting, he took the time to assess the work to be done and what my goals were. His pre-scheduling and on-site questions, put me at ease, that I could trust him with my lawn care. After work inspection, Louis explained all that he found and what can/could be expected with next phase of the project. To sum it up, Louis and the work that he did, should be what the other companies provide to their customers, if they did, they would have repeat customers, which Louis will have of this customer.

Working with Lou was a joy. With his crew, they were responsive to a dialogue concerning what work needed to be done. Care was taken to ensure that structures and personal property was kept out of harms way. When Lou questioned whether or not they should tackle a tree close to the house, his approach was cautious, giving consideration to bringing another company with whom he networks to ensure the job is done right. I felt that the charges for time spent, and work performed was reasonable. I would readily make use of their services in the future.
