- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the dates and details of the project are confirmed, the customer will have an opportunity to sit down and discuss the creative treatment and goals of the project with CSM. An extensive and thoroughly thought out check list will be tailored based on the project's needs and will then be used to make a timeline for the deliverable (final product). Updates will be sent after major milestones are completed for the project (i.e. pre-production, production, and post production). The review process will then ensure that the customer is entirely satisfied with the product and their needs and expectations for the video are met per the initial treatment.

Over a decade of experience in the film industry on major feature films, commercials, music videos, and beyond. Clients include Comcast, Toyota, Philabundance, Mark's Jewelers, Cannonball, and ESPN.
