I am also a Transformational Coach that can hold space after your session to integrate what came up for you to apply in your day to day life. I create a safe, relaxing experience that will feel like a full body “sound massage” and bring you back home to yourself. You will finish my session feeling rejuvenated. What to expect in a session?
You will feel the sounds throughout your entire body. Your eyes will be closed and it will be similar to an experience like receiving a massage but with sound. The sounds can release toxins and purge energy no longer serving you.
