My name is David Baumann and I am a professional mover with 8+ years in the industry. I have worked with a few local businesses to gain the experience I have gotten. I have decided to go into business for myself for a number of reasons. I enjoy putting customers minds at ease...making what seems to be one of their harder tasks to complete, handled with care and professionalism. I offer reasonable rates because I also know what its like for families on tight budgets. As a Veteran who knows all about moving from place to place...the right equipment and man power can complete any mission.

These guys moved me in the middle of the polar vortex of Jan. 2025 and were absolutely tireless -- heavy antique furniture, china, crates, rugs, you name it, they hauled it from storage units to my new home seamlessly, cheerfully and with complete professionalism. They're also very funny. Hire them.

I called a number of movers before getting in touch with Dave and team! Their response time was quick and put my mind at ease due to their availability on my move day. They only needed my address and date of moving to confirm and were on time on moving day. Other commercial companies not only charge higher but pre book the number of hours and charge it no matter how long it took to move. I booked them for three hours but they were flexible with the timing if it exceeded. My move was complicated because everything had to be moved through the basement of the building and was quite inconvenient. However, they were fine with it and did a great job! I was moving only one block so I did not care about securing my stuff in the truck but they were fantastic in packing and securing all the furniture. I am grateful to them to have been okay with the exceeded time since they had another booking the same day and I had not anticipated it to take longer. Highly recommended!

Absolutely AMAZING! This was an in house heavy lifting job that was handled professionally, with care for my Cats lol so they wouldn’t run out which meant a lot, and 3 floors of items that needed disposal as well as a new, oversized heat press that I could never lift alone for my small business. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about this uncommon moving job and would refer them to anyone for whole house moves and heavy lifting assignments! Definitely a customer for life! Professional, skilled, courteous and friendly! Thank you!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$140.00 per 2 man crew/$160.00 per 3man crew and $175.00 per 4 man crew an hr 3 hr minimum on normal whole household moves from one location to another. Flat rates on in house moves and few piece moves. 10% off for veterans and active duty military
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would ask what were the items being moved. if possible I would have the customer email me or text me pictures of each room and the garage and basement so I can get a better idea on an accurate estimate. I would go over my routine for jobs related to the customers needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Transitioning back to normal civilian life can be difficult for most veterans. I was a very physical worker and this line of work was something I came across that I ended up doing very well in.
