- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first or initial cleaning the customer will be charged an hourly rate of $50 per hour ..when paying the hourly rate customers will be provided two professionals to perform the cleaning ..The business owner will perform all cleanings with one of the company's employees working alongside her. Customers who wish to have recurring cleanings will be giving a set price at the end of initial cleaning ..this price will be based on a weekly bi-weekly or monthly cleaning. This process helps to keep cost low for ongoing cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will do an initial cleaning..this cleaning will be extremely detailed and include *All cobwebs removed from inside of the home *All baseboards cleaned *All windowsills cleaned *All wall hangings cleaned/wiped down and dusted *All light fixtures (that can be reached with a steep stool) will be cleaned and dusted *All light switches will be cleaned *All bathrooms will be cleaned,sanitized and shined *All floors will be cleaned and washed corner to corner *All carpet will be vacuumed including corners and sides that can be accessed * Kitchen- exterior of all cabinets will be cleaned and shined exterior of all appliances will be cleaned and shined (inside will be done at customers request) All counter tops and back splashes will be cleaned and shined *All furniture will dusted top to bottom *All lightweight furniture will be moved for cleaning and heavy furniture will be cleaned underneath *All wastebaskets will be emptied and trash will be disposed of in proper place at the end of the cleaning
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner started out housekeeping for large chain hotels ..also cleaning offices at Rpi college. She has extensive training with the work experience gained in the field of cleaning/housekeeping. More importantly the owner enjoys helping others reach their goals of cleanliness and sanitation.
