- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Research: Understand the clients background, ther previous projects, and there current needs. 2. Prepare a message: High light my company's strength, experience, and capabilities related to their project requirements. 3. Reach out: Contact the potential client via email, phone, or in-person meetings, and provide a professional introduction of myself and my company. Build a relationship and establish trust. 4. Inspection: Do a full inspection, identify the problem, and figure out a temporary fix until it gets replaced. Go over it with the customer explaining the procedure and different materials. 5. Proposal Process: Establish an efficient proposal to quickly and effectively respond to potential clients. 6. Customer signs contact: Once the customer agrees to the terms and the cost, they sign the contract to formalize the agreement. 7. perform the work: Carry out the work as per the contract. 8. Follow-up: After the work is completed, follow up with the customer to ensure they are satisfied and to address any concerns. 9. Completion form: After all concerns are addressed and the customer is happy, both the contractor and the customer sign off, stating that the job is done and the customer is happy. 10. Second follow up: Do 1 more follow-up 30 days after completion to guarantee customer is satisfied.
