We believe in delivering quality clean and hence our base fee for any home or commercial cleaning starts from $200. With add-ons the price could vary however everything is negotiable to a reasonable extent. We are not the most affordable cleaning company but we trust in quality service delivery so it is okay to give us a try!
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
We require a minimum deposit of $100 for any job or half the agreed fee to confirm your booking.
We need at least a 48- hours notice if you want to cancel. If you cancel within less than 48 hours a service fee of 75 plus tax will apply to you. If you cancel same day, You will forfeit your full deposit. We can reschedule job up to 3 times for already confirmed job and you do not lose your deposit.

I recommend this company to anyone who doubts it’s legitimacy, I was foolish of me to doubt this small company based near Utica, NY. This company lacks a “professional” look, but they sure do make up for it in their response time, quality of work and affordable rate. I met with the owner at my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and I left that place looking like a disaster. Clothes, junk, dirty dishes and appliances everywhere. They worked from 3:00 pm to 6:55 pm. I returned to find my entire kitchen spotless which was the worst of what I left. They cleaned my room, took care of clothes, did the bed, folded sheets. The living room was cleaned and i think they vacuumed the carpets and mopped the kitchen floor. My apartment is clean and I am glad I chose Emmaximum.

I reached out to Manny for a last minute cleaning and he was able to accommodate me same day. Luis was the cleaner and he showed right on time and was finished cleaning in the time frame I was given. Luis was very thorough and made sure that every room was sparkling. Will highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Ryan arrived and asked if I would show him around first. He explained how he organizes the job. He was professional, but friendly. He did a very thorough cleaning. I am having him come back every 2 weeks. I could not be more satisfied. Scheduling with the owner of the company, Manny, was expeditious and checked in with me to make sure the job was going as planned! I highly recommend Emmaximum Cleaning Services.

I used the move-out cleaning service.
Emmanuel did a great job cleaning the entire townhouse and the place looked move-in ready. The place looked as clean as when I moved in, or possibly even cleaner.
I don’t have any rates to compare it to, so I can’t say anything about the price value. But the service and communication was excellent, and there’s no way it can get any better :)

Three guys arrived when they said they would, worked hard all day and systematically cleaned our house. We clean but they got it clean, and that's a big diffrerence. I told they dust was a big thing for me because I seem to have allergic responses to it and they attacked the dust--the house is cleaner and I can breathe better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is unique and so is their cleaning needs. So we pay attention to what the customer wants and ensure that at the end of the job the customer gets exactly what he wanted and even more!

Because of my huge background experience with Cleaning, only passionate workers who love cleaning and have cleaning experience are able to work with us because our ultimate goal is to satisfy the need of our dear esteemed customers.
