NY Garage Doors scheduled an appointment the very next morning when I had an emergency with a door that wouldn't close. Guy was very helpful in scheduling the appointment and determining which technician was best suited for my repair. Edwin speedily diagnosed the issue--he clearly knows a lot about the various components of these doors--and replaced the defective sensors in under half an hour. I found both of them courteous and extremely capable.
