FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the most competitive pricing around because you get bundled services for one low price. Most studios will charge you ala-carte where each service is priced individually. For example, you may be charged by the hour for recording, editing, mixing, and then mastering. This could be very costly, and sometimes the recordings may not be as good as you expected. You most certainly won't receive business consultation from a guy with an MBA to help you sell the music you create. At TAQA we offer all the services mentioned above plus you get a free business consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to get the know the Artists first, especially get to know the sound of their voice or the sound of their instrument. We value human interaction, it is critical to the success of the project. If we can't get a sense of who you are or the feel and the sound of your music, how can we effectively work with you and claim to enhance your brand? We will then ask you to send a reference so that we can gain insight into your target sound. We will then send you a sample of what we have accomplished based on your vision. Thereafter, there may be a revision or two requested. Finally, we usually get an email or text filled with exclamations that says, " I love this!!!!!, Can't stop listening to it!!!!.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a well-trained staff. Our main producer has a music degree from Berklee College of Music and a Master's degree in business from Norwich University.
