He came to do the work but everything was extra: to blow the leaves from.under the panels, charged a lot for then cleaning the debris that had fallen into the gutters... sound like a nice guy but extremely greedy and makes it very difficult to work with He would gain a lot by not taking his customers for fools.

We cleaned your solar panels, cleared the debris underneath, and completed gutter cleaning as requested. The pricing was discussed and agreed to on-site before work began. Despite that, you attempted to revise the charges after the job was completed, which was not appropriate.
