DO NOT HIRE!!!!! SCAMMER!!!! If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. I contacted these people, I spoke to a man named Terrell, when i explained the job to him, he threw out a price of $5,000. I told him I’d rather him see my house before throwing out a price. He became agitated, but agreed to meet. Which he said he wouldn’t charge me for an estimate. When we finally met, due to my work schedule, I had to reschedule, our appointment was @ 11a & him & his “partner” showed up around noon. I noticed he had dried crust around his eyes and he had paint all over his shoes and clothes. Because he was willing to work with me on the payments, which the reason why I stated I didn’t have all the money upfront is because I did not get a good feeling about him, but I wanted to give him a chance. He then turned around and asked me for $30 for supplies and immediately after asked for another $70, I gave it to him thinking he was an honest person. Before he left, i asked him to put the estimate on his company letterhead so i can give it to my landlord for approval. A day or two later, i had to text him to remind him & 20 minutes later, he sends me something he typed with his phone, which had no letterhead & was unprofessionally written. Afterwards, i spoke with my landlord & he said he would hire a company himself to make sure it’s done professionally. I contacted Terrell & he basically was trying to make me accept his services by saying I can’t back out because I verbally agreed. His tone was rude to say the least. I told him that I will not be needing his services due to to my landlord wanting to hire a professional company & he became rude & nasty & told me how he’s losing money & how he used the money I gave him to buy supplies. I told him if he is a real contractor, that he should not lose anything being as he needs those supplies anyways for other customers. I repeatedly asked for my $100 back & he told me he’s only giving me back $30, blocked me & never sent my $100. So I took it upon myself and looked up the company that he claims he owns, which is not the same company as what is advertised here. I looked up his company and it’s not even registered on the Better Business Bureau. When I asked him, what is the name of his contracting company again he told me “T & P” DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!! If anyone wants screenshots, I can post them. This man is a scammer BEWARE!!!!
