Introduction: The focus of my practice is not in the physical fitness. I take more of a "watch pot doesn't boil" approach to stress relief, strength gains, and weight loss. If you come to the studio for those things, I think that is great. The stress that comes from having to have these things is counter productive to the goals themselves. I truly believe that everyone can benefit from Yoga. How can one practice help you wake up in the morning and help you calm down and rest at night? How does one practice expand your mind by teaching you to sit in discomfort and place your focus, the expanse of your human mind, into one thing?

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Currently, free and paid classes are being offered at the studio. I would like to get back into the personal instruction of individuals and small groups upon returning to the field of physical self improvement and empowerment,

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    This past winter, I completed the Breathe 200hr YT Certification. I passed the ACSM certification course for Personal Training after my B.S. in Physical Education Teacher Education at SUNY Brockport in 2012.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I've had the opportunity to train people in older adulthood with weight loss goals and some younger clients who wanted to increase their energy to keep up with their young ones. I started out training varsity level athletes. Some competed scholastically and some regionally in wheelchairs.
