FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer tiered pricing based on group size and session duration, ensuring you pay only for what best fits your needs. I deeply value the benefits of yoga and meditation and aim to make these practices accessible to everyone. If budget is a concern, please feel free to let me know, I’m happy to explore options that work within your means while maintaining the quality and integrity of the experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working together, I like to get a sense of where you’re at in your yoga journey, whether you’re just starting out, have some experience, or consider yourself advanced. I also want to know what goals or areas you’re excited to explore next. This helps me tailor the session to fit your needs perfectly, so you get the most out of our time together in a safe and supportive way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified 200-hour yoga instructor and trained in guiding mindful meditation practices. I also bring over 10 years of personal yoga experience and a background in dance, which really supports my ability to lead classes that feel both fluid and meditative. This combination helps me create sessions that are grounded, intentional, and accessible to a wide range of students.
